*Disappointing Experience with Mimi by Mariam - Order Not Delivered Despite Payment*

I'm extremely dissatisfied with my experience with them. I placed an order on 18 Nov and paid in full, but it's been 3 months and I still haven't received my order.

Despite numerous follow-up emails and messages, the customer service team has failed to provide any updates or resolve the issue. The lack of communication and unfulfilled delivery is unacceptable.

As a customer, it's frustrating to pay for something and not receive it. I would advise others to think twice before making a purchase from them until they improve their delivery and customer service.
